Do you offer party or event orders?
Yes! Moon Crumb Cookies offers Party Packs and cookie boxes for birthdays, graduations, showers, office events, holidays, memorials, celebrations, and other gatherings.
Party orders can be placed in advance through our Shop page, where you'll find current options, flavors, pricing, and pickup availability.
For larger or special orders, please contact us before ordering.

What is the Moon Crumb Cookie Cart?
The Moon Crumb Cookie Cart is our self-serve neighborhood cookie stand featuring freshly baked, individually wrapped cookies made in small batches.
The menu rotates regularly and may include signature favorites, seasonal flavors, minis, and other treats.
Hours and availability vary and are subject to weather and sellouts. Visit our Cookie Cart page for current hours, location, and menu.
Do I need to order ahead for the Cookie Cart?
No. Simply stop by during posted hours and choose from what's available.
The cart is completely self-serve, and quantities are limited while supplies last.

Yes. Cookies are individually wrapped to help maintain freshness and make them easy to enjoy, share, or gift.
Shipping & Local Pickup
Do you ship?
Yes. Moon Crumb Cookies currently ships within Michigan only.
Cookies are baked fresh in small batches and typically ship on Mondays to help avoid unnecessary weekend transit time.
Flat-rate Michigan shipping is $10 per order.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Where is local pickup?
Local pickup is available in Waterford, Michigan during the pickup window shown when ordering.

Freshness & Storage
How should I store my cookies?
For the best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying your cookies within 5 days.
Keep cookies wrapped or store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
For longer storage, cookies may be frozen for up to 3 months. Allow frozen cookies to thaw at room temperature before enjoying.
For a warm, fresh-baked texture, microwave an individual cookie for approximately 8–10 seconds.
Returns & Order Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are food items baked fresh in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Do your cookies contain allergens?
Moon Crumb Cookies are prepared in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy.
