Shipping & Local Pickup
Moon Crumb Cookies currently ships within Michigan only.
Each order is baked fresh in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for baking and preparation.
Michigan Shipping
Orders ship on Mondays to help ensure the freshest possible delivery and to avoid extended weekend transit times.
Flat-rate shipping is $10 per order, regardless of how many cookies you order.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Returns & Refunds
Because all cookies are made fresh to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.
How should I store my cookies?
For the best texture, enjoy your cookies within 5 days.
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. Cookies may also be frozen for up to 3 months.
For that fresh-from-the-oven taste, warm individual cookies for 8–10 seconds in the microwave before enjoying.
